I fell in love teaching yoga (Health) after many years of intense sports training (basketball) and additional exercise. During my initial yoga practice, I began to learn and understand that yoga isn’t just about “stretching” or being in the “zen” state. Instead, it’s a set of principles to help us live an awesome, aware life that feels amazing. Practicing and teaching yoga has helped me to understand the awesome abilities we have as humans, and I have learned to be more patient and open-hearted as well.
